We are honored to assist you with your pre-approval.   We want to accomplish this as fast and as smoothly as possible for you. 

Before you start your application, we would like you to take a few steps to gather and organize the necessary documentation you will need to supply.  If you have these documents together before you start the application, you will save yourself time and stress.  And it will only that 10 minutes to complete.  

The first thing you will want to do is download your documents/statements and have them in an easy to access file on your computer or smart mobile device to upload quickly.  If you are not sure how to download statements, paystubs, award letters, etc., you can find many instructions on Youtube.   Or we can help walk you through the process.

Here you will also be able to securely upload your documents.  Here is the short list of items you will want to have available:

  • Most recent three paystubs

  • Most recent two months bank statement, 401k statements, investment account statements with all pages even the blank ones.

  • Most recents two years W2s, Federal Tax returns with all schedules, IRS form 1099s

  • Most recent award letter for pension and or social security

  • If you are a first time home buyer, last 12 months canceled checks or other verification of rent payments, and copy of lease to verify your rental history.  

  • If applicable: mortgage statements, evidence of insurance, and tax bills on all other real estate owned
