Loan Application
This is where it really starts, Once you've been prequalified, we'll help you complete the loan application and gather the necessary documentation to get your loan approved.
Pre-approval
Once we have the information needed we will have your file approved by underwriting so you can shop with confidence.
Escrow
Once your offer is accepted you are in escrow. At this point a title search, appraisal and additional updates will be performed on your behalf to move you towards closing or final approval.
Closing
We'll help coordinate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
