Meet Mark

Mark has been a mortgage professional since 1995, serving in several roles as a broker, manager, and top producer.  An East Bay native, he founded Golden State Home Loans in 2000 and started MVP Realty in 2001.  Mark’s lending expertise centers on strategic planning and flawless execution to ensure a smooth loan process and high customer satisfaction. 

 

Driven by an unwavering dedication to his clients and community, Mark enjoys serving a variety of people, ranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.  As a broker, he also provides commercial and construction financing, as well as lending programs for self-employed professionals.

 

Mark’s enduring passion for martial arts as a practitioner and teacher – particularly Kenpo Karate – keeps him physically and mentally fit for the rigors of mortgage financing and real estate.  He also enjoys spending time with his three children and four grandchildren.  Mark’s journey has been propelled by an unquenchable thirst for lending/real estate expertise and a genuine desire to help others achieve their real estate dreams.
